PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher in which the depth dimension of a main body of the dishwasher is effectively utilized and which copes with various pieces of external piping by having a water supply hose for supplying water into the main body of the dishwasher and a drain hose for draining water from the main body of the dishwasher. SOLUTION: The dishwasher is provided with at least one of a water supply hose 3 for supplying water into a main body 14 of the dishwasher and a drain hose 13 for draining water out of the main body 14 of the dishwasher. At least one hose is arranged in a groove 16 provided on a back 15 of the main body 14 of the dishwasher, and piping is performed from the upside of the back 15 on the main body 14 of the dishwasher through the outside of the back 15.
