<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rubber-like thin film, by which various rubber-like thin film molded products of a variety-rich shape can be manufactured easily. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a rubber-like thin film product comprises the step to lay a member to be installed in such a state that it is connected to the rubber-like thin film at a specified position or formed/arranged on a molding tool, the step to form a liquid film of a rubber-like material solution so that the members are imbedded and connected to each other by soaking the molding tool in a rubber-like material solution and pulling it out, or applying the rubber-like material solution to the molding tool, the step to break the liquid film in a region encircled by a reinforcing member at a position where the holes of the product are to be formed, the step to dry or cure the liquid film, and the step to release the rubber-like thin film product from the molding tool. In addition, the breakage of the liquid film is achieved by evaporating the liquid film due to a sudden heat generation of a heating element provided in the molding tool. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
