PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working property by enabling gradual change in height position of a pre-treating for reaping unit in the case of operating a reap-lifting up and down lever 33 little by little, by so called inching operation manually in a wide-use combine. SOLUTION: This lift up and down-regulating device is provided with a controller 30 which actuates and regulates a hydraulic cylinder 41 for a reaping part so as to lift up and down the pre-treating for reaping device at a low speed, by manually operating the leaping lift up and down lever 33 in an optional time zone from the starting of a manual operation, when the number of rotations of an engine 9 is at a set number of rotation or higher.
