CONSTITUTION: A washer liquid heating device(206) is provided between an injection pump(202) and a washer liquid transferring pipe(204). An operating switch is installed in a front part of a driver seat. A washer liquid heating controlling portion is provided inside of an automobile body. The washer liquid heating device is composed of a heater receiving power from a battery of the automobile.
