PURPOSE: An integrated mobile communication repeater is provided to integrally service subscriber signals at various frequency bands that are serviced in a plurality of mobile communication service provider through one antenna by using a common repeater, thereby preventing communication interruption due to interference of radio waves. CONSTITUTION: An optical combining and distributing unit(210) distributes forward subscriber signals received from a base station by 'n' according to mobile communication service providers to output the distributed signals, and combines inputted backward subscriber signals to transmit the combined signals to the base station. A service relay unit(230) includes 'm' service repeaters classified according to the mobile communication service providers. Each service repeater reproduces the forward subscriber signals inputted from the optical combining and distributing unit(210) to distribute the reproduced signals by 'n' according to sector antennas and outputs the distributed signals, and combines and converts the inputted backward subscriber signals to output the converted signals to the optical combining and distributing unit(210). An integrated antenna unit(250) includes 'n' transmission antennas and receiving antennas classified according to the sector antennas. Each transmission antenna combines the forward subscriber signals inputted from the service relay unit(230) to transmit the combined signals through transmission sector antennas in each direction. And each receiving antenna distributes the backward subscriber signals received through receiving sector antennas in each direction by 'm' according to the mobile communication service providers to output the distributed signals to the service relay unit(230).
