PURPOSE: A blade of a wind power generator is provided to achieve improved stiffness, reduced weight of the blade and improved accuracy of formation of the shape of the blade. CONSTITUTION: A blade comprises a honey comb impregnated in the blade. The honey comb is milled by a frame for freezing a metallic honey comb, a frame for freezing the metallic honey comb in a limited time period, and a frozen honey comb protection frame. The honey comb is further milled by a process of forming the outline of three-dimensional shape. A cut honey comb(3) includes a honey comb which is frozen in a freezer. The frozen metallic honey comb and the cut honey comb are prevented from being cambered. |
