PURPOSE: A high temperature condensate water recycling system and a high temperature condensate water recycling method are provided to reduce energy consumption by recovering the thermal energy from the waste high temperature condensate water. CONSTITUTION: A high temperature condensate water recycling system comprises a recovery tank for recovery of the condensate water generated from the condensation of the steam generated from a boiler(21) and used in a specific process; a pre-treatment unit(11) for removing coarse materials from the recovered condensate water; a water tank(13) for collecting the condensate water passed through the pre-treatment unit; a ceramic filter(15) for receiving the condensate water from the water tank, removing suspended particulate from the condensate water, and feeding back the polluted condensate water to the water tank; and a water softening unit(17) for softening the condensate water by removing metal ions from the condensate water passed through the ceramic filter, and supplying the softened condensate water to a boiler water supply tank(19).
