PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw tightening structure capable of tightening a screw by screw-fitting a member provided with a male screw in a member provided with a female screw, and forming either of a screw thread of the male screw on a screw thread of the female screw into a predetermined shape for increasing tightening force to securely prevent loosening after tightening it. SOLUTION: In this tightening structure of the male screw 1 provided with a single male screw thread 1 having a triangular cross section and the standardized female screw 11 provided with a single female screw thread 12 screw-fitting in the male screw thread through a predetermined gap, a pitch of the male screw thread is formed into a shape which repeats changes in pitch (wide/ narrow) at predetermined intervals to nip and hold one female screw thread by two partial male screw thread parts elastically.
