PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal capable of initiating communication even under a state that a user of a called party cannot make operation for a reply instruction. SOLUTION: When a user designates forced incoming of a call when dialing, a main control section 13 attaches request information for forced incoming to a SETUP message and makes dialing. When no request information is attached to an incoming SETUP message at the incoming of a call, the main control section 13 carries out reply processing to the arrived call after awaiting depression of a reply key 8a by the user. When the SETUP message request information is attached, the main control section 13 carries out reply processing to the arrived call without awaiting the depression of the reply key 8a by the user.
