PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a yield in production of a lens and a lens array molded by using a die. SOLUTION: An eccentric lens 500A is molded by using a molding die 600A. The eccentric lens 500A is used under a condition that outgoing light emitted from the lens has illuminance distribution in which illuminance at a peripheral area is weaker than that at a center area. The eccentric lens 500A is provided with a peripheral lens part 510A in which the illuminance of the outgoing light is weak, and the peripheral lens part 510A is formed into a shape whose inner anglesθe1 andθe2 on a side brought into contact with the molding die 600A are obtuse angles.
