<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problem wherein a biological information collation must use a device to collect and collate biological information. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card incorporates an IC chip, and comprises a display part for displaying information stored in the IC chip, and an operation part. The IC chip at least stores biological information on the holder of the IC card.
