Newly planed wooden boards (2) are subjected to mechanical treatment, to form damages e.g. small stretched grooves, on the circumferential surface of each board. The mechanical treatment also employs sharp tipped metal parts to the board. Each metal part is larger than each groove. The top surface of the wooden board is applied with chemical treatment using e.g. natural agent.
