PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image distribution system capable of distributing image data imaged by an imaging camera while changing a distribution destination in real time depending on a kind of an object.

SOLUTION: This invention relates to the image distribution system 10A that distributes image data imaged by the imaging camera 12 through a communication network. The image distribution system 10A includes: an object identification section 16 that electronically identifies an object 11 to output identification information ID; a database 18 for storing destination addresses on an IP network NW associated with the identification information ID; a distribution destination decision processing section 17 for referring to the database 18 to decide the distribution destination address on the basis of the identification information ID received from the object identification section 16; and a transmission/reception processing section 19 for transmitting image data to an IP network NW addressed to the distribution destination address decided by the distribution destination decision processing section 17.
