PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idling-stop control device of an automobile which adequately re-starts an engine of the automobile in an idling-stop condition, and prevents the acceleration of environmental pollution and noise in areas close to an intersection. SOLUTION: The engine is stopped in a stoplight waiting condition based on signal information received by a signal information receiving unit 31, the engine is started by receiving engine re-start information by a preceding vehicle condition information receiving unit 32 when the engine is stopped in the stoplight waiting condition, and the engine re-start information is transmitted to a succeeding vehicle by a self-vehicle condition information transmitting unit 33.
