PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker with which cooking is done with uniform heating at a set temperature even if the amount of heated object is large. SOLUTION: This heating cooker comprises a heating means 5 for heating the heated object, a humidity detecting means 18 for detecting the moisture of the heated object, a temperature detecting means 15 for detecting the temperature of the heated object, and a control device 19 for controlling the heating and cooking of the heated object based on the detected results of the temperature detecting means 15. When the detected results of the humidity detecting means 18 are more than those at the beginning of cooking by a specified rise value or more, the control device 19 sets an extended heating time based on the detected results of the temperature detecting means 15 at that time and heats and cooks additionally.
