PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker in which an open-air intake openings is prepared in a position where there is no possibility of inhaling steam and oil mist, and the upper surface of the main body case can be used effectively and widely, without changing the structure and the size of the main body case. SOLUTION: The heating cooker is constituted with a top plate 12 formed in the upper surface, a main body case 1, in which one piece or two or more pieces of induction heating heaters arranged in the undersurface side of this top plate 12, a drive control circuit, which drives the induction heating heaters, a ventilation unit for cooling the drive control circuit, on the like, and a fish baking drawer, are built in, and an operation part 71 formed in the front surface side, and at the right and left sides of the front side of the main body case 1, side covers 8, which have a plurality of vents 82.
