SOLUTION: A square conductive pattern 16 is formed flatly from conductive material on a printed circuit board 14 working as a support part of a sensor body 12. A pair of gaps 18 for halving the conductive pattern 16 so as to have mutually equal length sizes are formed on the conductive pattern 16. A first electro-optic element 21 is inserted into a left spot of the pair of gaps 18, and a second electro-optic element 22 is inserted into a right spot. Optical axis directions +Z of the first electro-optic element 21 and the second electro-optic element 22 are directed so as to be in the same direction mutually along the clockwise direction of the conductive pattern 16.
