PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor plate material capable of being easily processed and laid, and capable of providing cost saving and reduction in weight, by realizing firm adhesive fixation of a floor plate material on the surface, which prevents any joint portion from uplifting. SOLUTION: The flooring material is designed to be laid fixedly on the surface by an adhesive bond, and is composed of a floor material fixed and joined with a cushioning material under the bottom part thereof. Projection pieces having fixing parts and joining parts are fixed integrally with the floor material and the cushioning material by means of fixing parts. A joining part is projected to outside in the horizontal direction from the bottom outer face of the floor material, and arranged partly in the bottom side of the floor material so that the bottom face of the joining part and the bottom face of the cushioning material are in nearly flush with each other after the flooring material is laid fixedly to the surface. Wall thickness of the projecting piece is kept less than wall thickness of cushioning material so that wall thickness of the projecting piece is in match with wall thickness of the cushioning material of the adjoining flooring material when laid on the surface.
