<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the use ratio of an automatic teller machine by storing and managing the accumulation information of points according to the past transaction sum of each user, and providing a counter service according to the accumulated points to a user. <P>SOLUTION: When a transaction is executed in this automatic teller machine 10, its transaction data is transmitted to a host 30. In the host 30, it is judged whether the transaction data is deposit or not, and when the data is deposit, the point according to the deposit sum is determined and added to the past accumulated point, and the result is added to the data after transaction. A specification with the total point and an available service printed thereon is issued from a specification issuing part 16.
