<p>Individual management having a high reliability is performed on a vessel of waste under special control or a vehicle carrying the vessel so as to suppress an improper treatment such as loss of the vessel by a mistake or illegal disposal of the vessel when carrying the vessel of waste under special control. A waste treatment information management system collects information on the flow of a waste using a satellite communication, thereby enabling management between a waste discarding institution, a waste collecting company, and a waste treating company, rapidly creates necessary information from the information collected and provides the created information. The system is characterized by use of combination of a two-dimensional bar code label and a cargo bill where necessary items are described according to the relationship information including the two-dimensional bar code which has been input into a terminal of the communication satellite.</p> |
