<p>Systems and methods for advancing collections on unpaid debts are disclosed. Monetary or non monetary incentives are provided to encourage the collection of unpaid debts. A book of vouchers may be purchased for a letter-writing service and the cost of the book is deducted from monies collected. Rewards are allocated for providing unpaid accounts to a debt collection service. The eligibility of rewards may require certification. Collections are advanced due to the incentives that encourage and promote collection efforts and improved relationships result among entities involved in collection of the unpaid debts because of the increased incentives.</p> |
