<p>The present invention relates to an internet-based electronic lottery card. The electronic lottery card is transferred via the Internet, has two functions, i.e. e-card and lottery, and could be presented. The present invention also relates to a method of transferring the electronic lottery card through the Internet. The method comprises following steps: (1) set up an electronic lottery card server; (2) user logs on said server; (3) said server automatically displays e-cards and lotteries that could be chose; (4) the user chooses one of these e-cards and lotteries, inputs information about the receiver and confirms; (5) said server automatically encrypts the information that confirmed and memories into a disk database, and sends said electronic lottery card to the receiver and notifies the receiver; (6) upon the receiver confirms that he/she has received said electronic lottery card, the server will input information about this into said disk database.</p> |
