PURPOSE: Provided is a method of manufacturing washed rice which coats or impregnates the rice with the content of a dates extract while pre-washing it. This enhances the taste and flavors of the rice, and enables the natural intake of the rice and the date. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing washed rice containing a dates extract comprises the steps of: preparing a dates extract; spraying the dates extract to the rice during the rice cleaning process such that the rice is coated or impregnated with the content of the dates extract; and drying the coated or impregnated rice. |
