PURPOSE: A safety window with sun screen is provided to prevent the permeation of rainwater through a window frame, to shade and ventilate in summer and to have heat insulation effect in winter. CONSTITUTION: In the safety window with sun screen, a shading plate(7) fixed and rotated by a rotary shaft(6) is lift up through the steps of decreasing the speed of a motor(1) and transferring the rotary force of a motor(1) to a connecting rod(3) attached on a worm gear using a worm and a worm gear(2) to convert the rotation into reciprocation, then transferring to a connecting rod(3) and a rod(5) fixed on a shading plate.
