FIELD: construction, particularly foundation erection in heaving soil at negative temperatures. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves creating pit; forming hole in ground; driving foundation body in hole and filling thereof with non-heaving soil. After hole creation heating element is located in designed foundation base area and is linked to power source through temperature regulator. ^ EFFECT: decreased costs and increased capacity of foundation erection.
