PURPOSE: A multi-stage compression molding method is provided to prevent a mold from becoming open by changing pressure applied to the mold per regular interval. CONSTITUTION: A multi-stage compression molding method comprises the steps of: dividing compression hours into 100 points, and applying early setting pressure to a mold from the first point to the 50th point(P1); dividing the other part into five equal sections; applying higher pressure than the setting pressure to the mold in the second section(P2); applying average pressure to the mold in the third section(P3); gradually increasing the pressure applied to the mold in the fourth section(P4); and gradually decreasing the pressure applied to the mold in the fifth and sixth section(P5,P6).
