PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter having a dimensional/positional relationship allowing stable formation of a folding part of an adhesive tape, capable of further smoothly and surely folding it and having a detachable folding mecha nism and the like. SOLUTION: An extremely realistic and highly practical structure realized by specifying the dimensional/positional relationship allowing the stable formation of the folding part of the adhesive tape is provided. This adhesive tape cutter is equipped with a folding mechanism of a side end part capable of realizing smooth and stable folding work being accomplished by carrying out folding work in multiple stages, and having a folding mechanism part and the like detachably composed as a cassette.
