PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helicopter landing gear enabling the usage of the same body on both commercial and military helicopters. SOLUTION: The landing gear 1 has a support structure 6 which can be connected to the body 4, a wheel 7 suspended from the support structure, a bottom end part 9 connected by a hinge to the wheel, and a buffer member 8 inserted between the wheel and the body during usage. The support structure has a mounting part 10 which can be fixed to the body, and first and second beams 12 and 13 having first connecting parts 14 and 15 mutually connected by hinges around a first axis C to a top end part 16 of the buffer member 8 and second connecting parts 17 and 18 articulately connected to individual portions of the mounting part below the first connecting parts.
