<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner panel structure for a body hood capable of meeting demands for impact resistance for a head in regard to pedestrian protection and enhancement of tensile rigidity or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the panel structure, an outer panel and an inner panel are coupled by adopting a closed section structure with a space.
