PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an adjustment for making a smooth flow of sheet at the time of initial setting to be carried out simply and easily. SOLUTION: There is provided a packaging device supporting mechanism for medicine-portion packaging machine in which a heat sheet unit and a rolled wound packaging sheet supporting part are fixed on one supporting plate 20 and the supporting plate 20 is fixed to a frame of the packaging machine in a longitudinal orientation. The supporting plate 20 is fixed to a backframe 8 fixed on the machine body side and it is fixed at a rear part of the fixing portion of the supporting plate 20 by the fixing means (the fixing bolt 23 and nuts 25, 25a) provided with a resilient member (the coil spring 24) at a plurality of locations.
