<p>PURPOSE: A silane oligomer for fixing biomolecules, a composition containing the oligomer for fixing biomolecules, a method for fixing the surface fixing layer of a biochip for fixing biomolecules and a biochip prepared by the method are provided, wherein the composition shows excellent heat stability and chemical resistance and a high functional group density. CONSTITUTION: The silane oligomer is prepared by copolymerizing the aminosilane compound represented by H2N-R2-Si(OR1)3 and the alkyl silane oligomer 2 represented by the formula 2, wherein OR1 is at least one selected from the group consisting of OH, an alkoxy group of C1-C14; R2 is an alkyl group of C1-C14, an aromatic group, an ether group, an ester group and an imide group; R3 is an alkyl group of C1-C12; OR4 is at least one selected from the group consisting of OH, an alkoxy group of C1-C14 or a halogen atom; and n is an integer of 5-20. The composition comprises 0.1-50 wt% of the silane oligomer and a dilution solvent. Preferably the dilution solvent is at least one selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol, propanol, cellosolve and dimethyl formamide.</p> |
