PURPOSE: A three-dimensional finite element modeling method is provided to generate a finite element model on the basis of an operation-completed three-dimensional virtual shape after separating and acquiring a three-dimensional shape and reproducing an operation process. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional bone shape is acquired by rendering two-dimensional image data of a vital structure obtained by taking a tomogram by a predetermined interval(S100). A three-dimensional prosthesis shape is acquired using a three-dimensional scanner(S200). Two-dimensional data where a prosthesis is inserted in a bone shape is acquired by virtually inserting the prosthesis in the bone shape(S300). A three-dimensional finite element model where the prosthesis is inserted in the bone shape is acquired from the acquired two-dimensional data(S400).
