PURPOSE: A dewatering method and apparatus of industrial waste are provided, in which a first pre-dewatering phase using supplying conveyor system and a second pre-dewatering phase using waster supplying device installed between the supplying conveyor and discharge conveyor to intermittently transfer waste are adopted so that the dewatering efficiency at the main dewatering device(10) is greatly enhanced. CONSTITUTION: The dewatering apparatus comprises a dewatering device(10) composed of a vessel part made of perforated plate, a pressing chamber made of perforated plate, to the end of which a blocking plate is installed, and a pressing plate fixed to the rod of hydraulic cylinder for reciprocating from the vessel part to the pressing chamber; a discharge conveyor system set downstream of the blocking plate of the dewatering device; a waste supplying means(40) installed above the dewatering device(10), which is composed of a discharge chute(41a) installed on the vessel part, a transferring passage(42) horizontally extended to the discharge chute(41a), a feeding chute(41b) upwardly extended to the discharge chute(41a) and a force feed device(43) connected to the rod(44b) of hydraulic cylinder(44a) to reciprocate in the transferring passage(42); and a supplying conveyor system composed of a geared motor, a driving shaft roller, a slave shaft roller and belt wound on these rollers. |
