PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroller with a reclining mechanism capable of adjusting an angle of a support part for the back with one hand while holding a baby in the arm. SOLUTION: In the stroller with the reclining mechanism capable of reclining the support part for the back, a frame pipe 22 constituting the support part for the back and having a reverse U shape is pivoted to a stroller body 23 so as to swing, a locking member 31 locking in a plurality of locking step parts 32 provided in the stroller body selectively is provided in a tip part of the frame pipe 22 so as to advance and retract, and a lock release operation device 36 for pulling up the locking member 31 to release the engagement with the locking step parts 32 is provided in a top part horizontal rod part of the frame pipe 22.
