PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that slump enriched blending mortal, concrete fluid material is easily stuck on the inside surface of a forcibly feed pipe line, the pressure in blowing is increased and the separation of fluid material in the blowing occur. SOLUTION: In a method and apparatus for forcibly feeding and blowing fluid material to apply the enriched high slump value mortal, concrete fluid material, the fluid material forcibly fed from a fluid material pump apparatus 1 through a fluid material forcibly feed pipe 2 is joined and mixed with compressed air forcibly fed from a compressor 3 through a compressed air pipe 4 in an air fluid material joining and forcibly feed pipe 5. The mixed air fluid material is fed to an air fluid material forcibly feed pipe 6 and high frequency vibration is applied to the air fluid material forcibly feed pipe 6 by a high frequency vibration apparatus provided in the air fluid material forcibly feed pipe 6 to give the high frequency vibration to the air in the pipe, and as a result, the air fluid material is blown for slope protection or the like as an air fluid material having stable aggregate from a blowing port 8 in the downstream end part.
