PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem that a jack or the like specially designed for a pallet has been used when a general pallet is moved on the platform as of a track in the process of loading or unloading and the operation of the specially designed jack requires much physical energy and skill. SOLUTION: A shaft 2 is provided in the middle of the pallet 1. The shaft is provided with rollers 4, each of which incorporates bearings 5 in order to smooth the movement of the pallet, and cams 3, each of which projects the roller from the bottom of the pallet or houses the roller. Handle mounting portions 7 for rotating the shaft are provided on both ends of the shaft. When the pallet is moved, the shaft rotates 90°by a shaft rotating handle, each cam (fixed to the shaft in advance) comes into contact with a slide rail 6. As a result, the rollers project from the bottom of the pallet and make it easy for the pallet to move. Because only the two rollers, right and left, are used, easy turn or the like is assured.
