PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to form a detailed continuous image from few frames having high resolution. SOLUTION: A primary matching part 18 calculates matching between images having low resolution and little change by a high speed camera 12a, and forms a primary corresponding point file FMF. A connection part 22 connects the FMF over a plurality of images in the time direction, and forms a corresponding point file CFMF corresponding to a key frame by a low speed camera 12b.
