<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of being supposed to be insufficient for cleaning and drying of contamination as a cause since there rarely exists low emission when measuring emission by mounting a cathode structure on a color cathode- ray tube though these members are conventionally ultrasonically cleaned by ethanol in the first place, and are cleaned by pure water in the next place, and are then heated and dried at 80 to 100°C in a vacuum since a pellet, a pellet with a cap, and a pellet-cap-sleeve integral product require cleaning and drying. <P>SOLUTION: The pellet, the pellet with the cap, and the pellet-cap-sleeve integral product are ultrasonically cleaned by the ethanol in the first place, and are cleaned by the pure water in the next place, and are then heated and dried at 200 to 600°C in a hydrogen atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
