PURPOSE: A medical examination lighting apparatus is provided to emit a light source of a high brightness to an affected part and to be easy to perform compatible interconnection with optoscopes, ophthalmoscopes and laryngoscopes. CONSTITUTION: A holding part(12) is formed at one side of a body part(10) and has a limit switch(11). A connection part(13) is formed at the other side thereof. A halogen lamp(14) is installed at an inner side of the body part(10) to flash at a rear side of the connection part. A transformer(15) and a fan(16) are installed at a read side of the body part to supply a power to the halogen lamp(14). A pipe tube(22) is installed at an inner side and an optical fiber is buried in the pipe tube, and a silicon tube(23) is placed at an outer side of the pipe tube. Removable parts(24a,24b) are installed at front and rear parts of an optical fiber connection member(20). A front part of a fan light part(30) is formed to be removable from the removable part(24a), and a rear part thereof is formed to be removable from various medical examination devices. The fan light part(30) is formed to transfer a light source from a front part to a rear part.
