摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently measure an electric-field intensity of each radio wave having different polarization planes. <P>SOLUTION: A directional antenna 8 is mounted on a column support 4 by a mounting implement 6 which is provided with; a polarization-plane changeover motor used to change over a receiving polarization plane of the directional antenna 8 to one plane selected from a horizontal polarization plane and a vertical polarization plane; and an azimuth-angle adjusting motor used to adjust an azimuth angle of the directional antenna 8. A notebook-type personal computer 66 makes the polarization-plane changeover motor change over the receiving polarization plane of the directional antenna 8 to each of the vertical polarization plane and the horizontal polarization plane, and, in this changed-over state, it makes the azimuth-angle adjusting motor change the azimuth angle of the directional antenna 8 by each prescribed angle. In a state that the receiving polarization plane is in each of the vertical polarization plane and the horizontal polarization plane, an electric field-strength measuring device measures the electric field intensity of the directional antenna 8 each time the azimuth angle is changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
