PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance method for a floor having plastic tiles laid and plastic tiles for replacement used in this method in which a protective film can be easily repaired in short time on the spot and which is preferable for the environment on the spot. SOLUTION: Many plastic tiles 10 having protective films formed on the surfaces thereof are not bonded to an under-floor ground and placed thereon to form a floor on which the plastic tiles are laid. When at least one plastic tile 10 whose protective film is to be repaired is produced, the plastic tile 10 is removed from the under-floor ground and the plastic tile for replacement having the same size and form as the plastic tile 10 and a protective film previously formed on a surface is placed without bonding on the position of the under-floor ground from which the plastic tile 10 is removed.
