PURPOSE: Provided is a permanent equipment which implements setting permanent without a device to give hot air to one's hair so that it prevents one's hair from being damaged by hot air. CONSTITUTION: The permanent equipment is characterized by comprising the parts of: a vinyl paper(10) which is attached to one s hair applied by permanent solution; a wind bar(20) which forms a groove(22a) for inserting the vinyl paper to wind the vinyl paper, with consisting of a grip(21) and a winding part(22); and a pin(30) which keeps a state in which the vinyl paper is wound by the wind bar.
