DETERGENT FEEDER OF WASHING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A detergent feeder of a washing machine is provided to use a fixed quantity of detergents and clean around main and preliminary detergent tanks by overflowing water inside a water storing pool toward the main and preliminary detergent tanks with washing off detergents thereon together. CONSTITUTION: A detergent feeder(10) of a washing machine is composed of a fabric softener tank(40), a preliminary detergent tank(20), and a main detergent tank(12) orderly arranged with centering on a discharge port(11). Each end(16,26) of passages for the tanks has a passage to run through the discharge port and the passage is divided into three spaces by separating walls. A pool(30) for storing water makes water overflow sills(14,22) for overflowing water if the water is supplied over a predetermined amount, even though the water is low-hydraulic pressure, by forming the sills between the main and preliminary detergent tanks. In additional, slit grooves(14a,22a) formed at the sills guide the water of low-hydraulic pressure to the main and preliminary detergent tanks.
