<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system capable of being used by remotely operating another image forming apparatus by utilizing an operating unit, a display unit of a first image forming apparatus and being efficiently operated. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming system comprises a plurality of the image forming apparatuses each having a user interface including an operating unit and a display unit for displaying operation message data, and a controller for controlling the connection of the plurality of the image forming apparatuses. The controller has functions of sending the operating message data regarding the second image forming apparatus being able to be connected in response to a request from the arbitrary one first image forming apparatus to the display unit of the user interface of the first image forming apparatus, and replaying operating information to the second image forming apparatus input by using the operating unit of the first image forming apparatus to the second image forming apparatus in response to the message data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
