PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination corrosion-resisting oil and press-working oil composition for galvanized sheet iron, having excellent lubricity, corrosion resistance, and detergency. SOLUTION: This combination corrosion-resisting oil and press-working oil composition for the galvanized sheet iron contains an un-neutralized oil- soluble amine in a mineral oil as a base oil. The composition preferably contains oleylamine as the amine in an amount of 5 wt.% based on the total weight of the composition, and more preferably contains barium sulfonate and a sulfide ester of which the each is a sulfur compound in amounts of 5 wt.%, respectively. The combination corrosion-resisting oil and press-working oil composition for the galvanized sheet iron thus compounded has the corrosion resistance more excellent when compared with those of conventional compositions and is improved in the lubricity. Further, the composition is improved in the detergency, by using a low-viscosity mineral oil as the base oil. Therefore, the composition is suitably used in working the galvanized sheet iron for which excellent workability is required and applicable to high strength steel. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
