PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin magnetic element, indicating a high inductance value and having little magnetic loss in a high-frequency region, a manufacturing method for mass-producing the magnetic elements in an easy method, and a power source module provided with the magnetic element. SOLUTION: A sheet-like coil 1 including a planar conductive coil 2 and an insulating material (insulating part 3), and a sheet-like first magnetic member 4 arranged on at least one of the upper and lower faces of the sheet-like coil 1 are provided.
