<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonizing oven, capable of making the quality of charcoal as a product uniform, i.e., producing an excellent quality charcoal. <P>SOLUTION: The inside of main body 1 of this carbonizing oven is a carbonizing chamber of a raw material supplied from a raw material-supplying tube 5. On the inside wall of the main body 1, agitating and transporting blades 8 are arranged as a screw shape. The inside of a combustion tube is a combustion chamber in which fuel supplied from a fuel tube 3 burns. Parts 4 are a heating ceramic balls, parts 10 are metal balls. The main body 1 is rotated by a motor 9 as centering around the combustion tube 2. The produced charcoal is recovered from a carbon recovery tube 6.
