PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gutter pipe which is treated for use in a same way as two pipes, even though it is actually one pipe. SOLUTION: A partition wall 8 is provided in the pipe so that the cross section area of the pipe 2 is separated into two parts. A contact part of the partition wall 8 with the pipe 2 is water-tightly connected over the whole length, and either part in the pipe 1 separated with the partition wall 8 permits water to run through it.
