PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly tune a clutch disengagement instruction timing in an automatic clutch control device for vehicle.

SOLUTION: This automatic clutch control device for vehicle comprises a clutch control means 40a for controlling the disengagement and engagement of a clutch by outputting instruction signals to an actuator at a timing corresponding to the operating state of an engine 1 detected by an operating state detection means when a request for disengaging and engaging the clutch 12 is given and a correction means 40b for correcting the timing of instruction for disengagement of the clutch to the operating state of the engine when a specified amount or rate or more difference is produced between the speed of the clutch detected by a clutch speed detection means 34 and an engine speed detected by an engine speed detection means 31 when the clutch 12 is disengaged by a clutch disengagement instruction from the clutch control means 40a.
