PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable coating composition curable by the irradiation with active energy rays, and forming a film not only having excellent hardness, abrasion resistance and transparency but also having antistatic properties. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable antistatic coating composition contains (A) inorganic oxide fine particles with side chains having functional groups and≥300 molecular weight, (B) one or more kinds of antistatic agent selected from the group consisting of a quaternary ammonium base-containing polymer, a quaternary ammonium base-containing silane coupling agent and a hydrolyzed condensate of the silane coupling agent, and (C) optionally a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate having three or more (meth)acryloyl groups in the molecule.
